Interview is the final stage of the Civil Service Exam. Candidates who got selected for the interview are usually 2.2 times the vacancies notified.
The maximum marks for the interview is 275, a score over 200+ is considered as a high score. The entire process of the interview plays a crucial role in deciding the rank of the aspirants.
The primary objective behind the interview is to test the personality, which includes decision making, logical thinking, analytical ability of the candidate.
In broad terms, this is really an assessment of not only his/her intellectual qualities but also social traits and interest in the current affairs.
